My rates are based just on me though, fiance isn't on my insurance. And if any of you haven't been to the 9/11 memorial in Newtown, PA I highly recommend it.

 

And if you own your vehicle outright, its good to call your insurance every year since the vehicles "worth" depreciates. *If you keep full coverage*

Your rates are based on your vehicles value. That value depreciates every year. Most Insurance companies never update that value in your policy.

 

As far as State Farm & NJ Manufacturers they want to know who has access to the vehicle in the household & considers them as a driver.

I remember my parents getting a royal ass raping when my brother moved back in with them (his driving record was terrible).

 

A few months back I call Progressive for a quote. All they would give me is a 3 month temp as long as I ran the Snap shot then they would give me a quote for the year.

 

That snap shot is stupid. I had it just to see what kind of rate I'd get and the stupid thing beeped at me all the time. My insurance rates shouldn't go up everytime I slam on the brakes because someone pulls out in front of me, or I choose to stop for a yellow light instead of running a red light.

Solution? Mount that snap shot thing in some waterproof casing and put it in a tub of slow moving liquid.

EDIT: It plugs into your OBD port? Fuck that noise.

You are extremely close to me. I work in an office building right off the bypass where it intersects with 95. I live right over the bridge in Ewing. My commute is like 5 minutes haha.
