Well my reasoning was this. I wasnt going to leave the bumpers in my truck bed overnight at work. So they had to come out and I'm going to Hiatts tomorrow and there is no one here to help me get the rear bumper back up onto the bed rack. I didnt want to pile the bumpers on top of each other in the bed to get to Hiatts.....hence the only solution was to install the front so the rear bumper is alone in the bed.
And that is my fucking story and i'm sticking to it!

    Lmao alright
I might be there because I'm going to help hiatt fit his rear glass bedsides tomorrow...time for some cutting and drilling :anonymous: I fucking hate cutting fiberglass but it's easy and the least I can do for him after everything he's helped me with the last month (LT/bumper)

Hey ima gonna bring some stuff that may make it a bit easier to cut and shape the fiberglass. We'll see how it works out. I'll be over between 12 and 1.

Anyone around the Baldwin park area have a SWR meter? I just installed my cb radio today and I need to tune my antenna. I placed an order for one off ebay but it looks like it wont be here until next week. I plan on going out this sunday so I would like to tune it beforehand.

Tom, I'm glad you did the hoop afterall. Looks fucking badass and it just makes me itch knowing mine's next!

You guys need a hand tomorrow at Hiatt's? I don't really have plans and I'd like to get a preview of what my bumper install will be like, especially the Dually's. Not that I'd like to invite myself over or anything :anonymous:

Oh yeah, and I got my Speedtech Lights installed tonight...took frikken forever but so worth it.

Are you off work tomorrow?? If so I dont see any reason for you not to come along. Can use all the help I can get. I'll be there about 1pm. Hiatt can only be around till about 6 or 7 so we'll be done before then hopefully. Text me if you need any other info.

Im happy too that I got the hoop too....way better looking. The duallys took 10 minutes to bolt up and splice into the existing fog light harness. There is a bracket welded onto the bumper that is slotted to mount the duallys too. Its frigin unbelievable how easy the front bumper is to install. I did it by myself before Christain even showed up. I just needed his manly muscles to unload the rear bumper....that bad boy is heavy.

Hell take a 14mm wrench with you and you can put the bumper on right in Tylers parking lot. Only thing that will be some work is the bracket that ties the bumper to the sway bar mounts. I didnt put mine on yet cause its coming off tomorrow for the winch install.

Ahh didn't realize you were going so early. I'm gonna be at Rebel until 5, and maybe longer if I can stay and swap out my Donahoe coils for the new Icon ones, and also replace my inner+outer tie rods. Need a freaking alignment bad but I wanna do all that first.

Good to hear! I feel like mine will be a bigger beast with the 3 hoop and the wider flares. Do you feel a difference in driving at all?

Yours actually wont be all that much heavier except for the extra bit of hoops.
Tyler was telling me that to get yours wider he just changed the angle of the wings where they come off the center box section. I think mine is angled at 30 degrees and your is 25. So it looks like the weight diff will be minimal.
