The place I'm looking at needs a little bit of work, so there a lot of inspections that need to be done.

 

Boy, I'm contemplating spending $300 for an extra inch of lift & you guys are contemplating house & vehicle purchases! What am I B@&%#ING about. LOL!

that some people from other countries are buying properties here cash
for either to rent out or to just have property here.

On another note...truck is getting worked on tomorrow.
New lower ball joints and throwing on the LR UCAs. All in all everything but the spindles themselves and brake lines have been replaced lol

Can't wait to test out flex with the new goodies though...I should get a little bit more wheel travel.

 

That place was a condo called Grand View at Crestwood...it's in royal palm beach. 3/2 with 1 car attached garage. Not the exact one in the video below, but close. Same layout and look...was sold for $102,400...my offer was $99,900...asking price...

There's another bank owned one, it it has mold and I'm not going to redo the entire condo to get rid of mold...and they don't want inspections...but they are asking the same price.

Not bad. But mold can be quite an issue.

 

yeah...i dont really want a condo either, but the price was pretty good for what it was...

Maybe its just a sign to get a Single Family Detached in the acreage with some land...

 

About a yr ago my cousin bought a 4bed 3.5 bath out by persimmon ST in the acreage with a huge lot. I think he got it for 125000 and put maybe 25000 into it. My other buddy is signing paperwork for his house out there today. Haven't seen it yet but he got a good deal.

This is SO TRUE! My father-in-law was one of the elctrcians working on the Trump Towers Condos that are on North Miami Beach & he said that before construction was even finished more than half of them were sold to people who reside OUTSIDE of this country.

That's why I always tell my wife that I don't see us growing old in Miami. It's getting out of hand.

Yea I can't stand condos and apartments...we are looking at straight into a house. I think we are going up to Tennessee next April to look around at places up there to live.
