Long Travel BS Thread

    Im assuming you want to place the shocks outside the frame rails? I think it would be a tad to narrow. I flexed my suspension fully (granted it isnt long travel) and my tires where nearly in contact with the frame even though it has wheel spacers.
    You could do it and notch the frame to fit the shock further inboard maybe?

    Like Sean said, if you are putting the shocks outside the frame, I would wait. I have a 1" Spidertrax on my Tundy housing to clear my bypasses with articulation and that axle is 1" per side narrower. My frame is not notched either.

    Might as well Tundy. To keep the track width of the front of a LT tacoma assuming most first gen have 3.5 over kits.

    Gotcha seller says its 1/2" skinnier per side but he's prob mistaken.

    Guess I'll keep looking. It's getting a 5" over kit btw

    Yeah, they are super close to the size of a tundra axle. Either way its still real tight fitting a shock outside the frame.
