Glue will not come off

This glue from the bedside decals will not come off. I'm using good off its the only thing I have. Does goo gone work better should I go get some?

 

I was able to rub most of mines off with my thumb. Goo gone works I've used it for my badges and removing safety sticker. You can also try clay bar if you have any. Just be careful not to scratch your paint.

 

This shit is 8 years baked on. It's tuff. It won't come off.

 

how about a small amount of heat from a heat gun then goof off

 

and your thumb nail to get the bulk off.

 

Found this in the shop. This is the shit just need to go to the store in hopes they have it. This bottle is empty.

 

May look into that when I go to the store.

 

The side that had been wrecked befor I got the truck came off like a breeze.

 

Stoner's "Tarminator"

not easy to find locally. worth the price to order online. melts off tar, glue, bug splatter. pretty much anything sticky

 

You should really try and stay away from goo-off, it has been known to strip clear coats and damage automotive paints. Goo-gone is a safer alternative but I would stick to something that is meant for cars, like Mr Sparkle's suggestion, Stoner's Tarminator.

I would try that product and if that doesn't work then clay bar the area. You may have to rub til your arm falls off but it should work!

No matter what product or method you use, wax the area after you get your desired result!
