I sold a 200 Shot Kit with a 20# Bottle. - That thing would stare at me in the corner asking me to do bad things. Temptation is gone.

To be honest, It was for a Current year 5.0 Mustang I wanted to build up. Had all the computers, turbo, gauges, exhaust, ... name it and it was there. I scrapped that projeect. sold off all the 'tang specific parts and the NOS was the last piece of the puzzle for me. I was hoping to retro fit it to my tacoma. Better parts of the brain were fighting with my heavy foot.

Decided I would like to BUILD the engine first before I decide to add NOS. With it sitting around, it was too much temptation to get lazy and cheat myself out of what I really wanted to go for.

I have always felt NOS should be icing on the cake. not the CAKE. In my case it would have been the focal point and I could see me breaking too many things in the engine. I think I am at the point where I want to get a Block and start from scratch. Some of the people here have done it already or are currently doing something similar. I know the X-Runner people are all on it. Thought a nicely done TRD would be interesting.

The Toyota engines are built nicely as is and as you said, with a little tuning and the addition of the proper mods, GREAT gains are to be had.

That's a Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS with an eBay parking brake bypass module and the SiriusXM Connect receiver. Keep in mind that the receiver works on the XM system, which here in Canada is a bigger deal, since XM's satellites are frequently blocked by anything to the south of the vehicle, like buildings and mountains, whereas Sirius has a better satellite system and gives better coverage.

I used an IDatalink Maestro for the steering wheel controls. You set it up with your computer and can program the buttons to do two functions.

The dash kit is a Metra 95-8235CHG which fits the 2012's and up.

Replacing my front brakes and rotors shortly, also painting my calipers so they look snazzy. I hope the rotors come off with ease but they probably won't.
