Went up to my house today. No damage, no water my neighbor said the drainage did great and put it into the fields and ditches.

Carlos it is very good news. Hopefully it's on schedule.

Is anyone in the Park County area? I was considering heading up through hwy 9 to fish 11 Mile this week. Im down south so the only thing that I see is the main stuff that's flooding. I checked Noaa and see the flood warnings.

For all you folks up North I hope you guys catch a break and stay safe.

He was doing 65 down I-25 and had both of his kids with him so glad everyone was alright.

LBJs are the next things to get replaced on my truck.

I got a few hours in...prolly not much more for the rest of the week.

    Yea I did. WTF.

Just an FYI update: I do live close to flooding, as does Jux. There are water restrictions, drinking water is "ok" but with the amount of shit in the water I don't trust it. We are experiencing no flush, no laundry, no shower orders where we live. I have place to go that is not cut off from society yet, and I hope that Jux does as well.

The Poudre has not yet created a huge ordeal but it may.

For those of you wondering why its so bad here in Weld with the South Platte, Just east of Longmont Boulder Creek merges with the St. Vrain, just south of Milliken, the St. Vrain merges with the S. Platte. Just east of Greeley, the Poudre merges with the S. Platte.

I want to say publicly that I applaud Sheriff Justin Smith for his out in the open, public display of support for the people in Larimer County by declaring the emergencies, and getting them the assistance from the NG that they need. I applaud Sheriff Pelle from Boulder County for his support of his people and recognizing the issues at stake with his county.

What happens with my county remains to be seen, as even though they have declared a state of emergency, this is the leading county for the secession from the rest of Colorado. People have made comments about how we can handle this disaster ourselves as proof that we can be a state, no, I disagree. This is a time when we should all be coming together, regardless of political fagg0try and showing that we are accepting of help and assistance.

Things are bad here but I have not yet heard of top officials asking for aid.
