Very sorry to hear it. I just put my 14-year-old Golden down last month... just got too old & had declined to the point where he couldn't get up anymore. Always a terrible thing to lose a beloved family member.

Derped my winter wheels, which are older 4-Runner 16" alloys. They don't have tires mounted yet, so I am interested to see if the PlastiDip survives having the tires mounted.

Yes. Theoretically, I can. Not that I would. It's illegal, immoral, and causes cats and dogs to live together in sin. Can't have any of that.

That's strange. I found exactly the opposite here.... and this is running the actual XM/Sirius-produced receivers.

My Sirius system would drop out when a truck passed me, under overpasses, between buildings, etc... it was terrible.
My Kenwood required an XM receiver, and it has been wonderful. It rarely drops out, and it seems that there are ground-based repeaters in some areas... I did not lose coverage in the tunnels under the Phoenix or Vegas airports.

Oh ya... and my XM antenna is under my dash on top of an air duct, so it can't "see" anything to the south when I'm heading north.
The Sirius antenna was on the roof.

More than just DVDs... actually USE the GPS functions.

Fucking nannies don't think about the fact that it is perfectly safe for your passenger to operate the GPS.

Badgers, I don't need no stinking Badgers.
Today I did the diff breather mod.
Then went out 4 wheeling for the first time in my truck.
    It was way to rough.
I went home and removed the sway bar...
It drives like a dream, a Cadillac up in the air :)
Then I readjusted my coilovers so I would be back at the same height as before for alligment and CV reasons.
Truck gained 1/4 inch in front without the swaybar...

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I removed my swaybar and it drives nicer as well

Not bad at all, just took a little while. I plan to post some pictures of the process of changing them out here in the next few days.

Excuse my ignorance, but what purpose do the sway bars serve?

They are actually ANTI-sway bars, and they are designed to reduce body roll. But they can make the ride stiff and reduce suspension travel.

Clay bar'd the sides and the tailgate this afternoon. I am amazed how it worked. The bar got black quickly so I had to kneed it often.

Some road noise but not bad considering the LT's are 6-ply with 16/32" tread depth .
