They just announced on Ch 7 news that we are all breathing a sigh of relief that the Rio didn't flood after all.

I'm more worried about losing my bedroom if we get another soaker like I had this morning. The garage may be out of commission as well.

Glad the diff drop worked for you. Hate having this stuff sitting around unused.

Palomas, south of T or C got it pretty bad also. The town is built in a freaken arroyo??? Now we've gotta pay to fix it up so it can wash away again...:notsure:

Same for Rio Rancho...those folks need to put more pressure on developers so we don't end up flipping the bill. :notsure:

Hundred year floods...BS, their more like every other year floods...:notsure:

Other than a leaky roof, I'm doing fine. I live up on fairly high ground. No idea how the rest of the city has faired. I learned living in Tucson to stay indoors when this shit happens.

    I have too many Toyotas...
Everything... and a bag of Cheetos.
I drove through some big puddles on the way to work this morning. Probably 4 inches deep, maybe MORE. I'm going to have to look into a snorkel with these crazy typhoons we've been getting...

I saw a guy walking down the street wearing a rain coat. Yeah! Can you believe it? A RAIN COAT. It was really bad.

BTW, nowhere near 3.5" of rain fell last night.

Yep...I thought that was a bit much for one day. Mr. Byron on 7 said he messed up & admitted not getting enough sleep. That total was for the NE heights & is for 5 days.

    Glad everyone is okay.

I can believe it. Like I said, living in Tucson, I learned to keep an eye on the sky. You get a pretty good idea when it is going to dump. Hang somewhere inside, nice and dry until it passes.

People are rather silly around here.

Brent, how many people were running front and rear lockers?

Does this mean you want to go exploring? :)

The Land Cruiser was the only one with from and rear lockers.
