Base lined at 210 RWHP. Dyno'd today at 305 RWHP - 6K RPMs, 8.2 PSI Boost.

The AFR is super rich (9.8 at WOT) so I have to get some logs and talk with Gadget about dialing that back a bit...I think I could maybe eek up to 320.

 

How about the torque numbers? I see HP quoted a lot but I don't think I've run into torque numbers for the TRD SC.

TRD advertises the SC at 304 HP and 334 ft/lbs torque. Stock V6 is 236 HP and 266 ft/lbs of torque IIRC.

finally got the fuse box and breaker completely wired up

 

today i have been using my truck as a phone charger while i work a 24hr shift..

i accidently found this green taco on ebay, while i was looking at the suspected street queen i noticed it has no bump stops in the front.. hmm

I actually had a brain fart and was picture-ing an older yota IFS front with 2 per side..

had my brain been working better at the moment im sure that i would have realized there is only 1 missing, after all i just replaced mine yesterday! lol

Nice, i didnt catch that, now that you mention it i see some stange mark/patterning on the passenger side frame crossmember where the lower a arm connects in the back.

even with all of the "comfort the dummy's" undercoating.

I would say it looks like the metal has been worked but it also looks like a PITA place to work some metal and im not sure what to think lol.

it is on the same side as the missing bumpstop however

Also the alignment cam bolt dealy's look rather uneven,
its only got 180 something miles on over 3/4 tank,
who buys 5100's and the worlds cheapest add-a-leaf? i havent seen add a leaf's that short on anything in a long time, i bet it rides as bad as mine did with 2 extra leafs in the rear!

I have been on this forum since late 2007 and I got on that thread in 2008 and have followed it every day since! I have learned so much about my truck, what to expect, what is normal, mods that can be done easily, etc. That being said, two more months and she is paid off and all mine! Let the heavy mods begin.....But wait, I've lost my youth. That $800 front bumper cost a lot. That is my copay for my gall bladder removal, Hmm, front bumper or gall bladder pain gone, decisions, decisions.

 

I'd stay away. They rattle canned the entire underside to hide the rust also.

 

Sorry-Was stuck mulling over the AFR issue and totally forgot about TRQ. 228 ft-lbs stock and 309 w/ the upgrades...I'm pretty happy with it.

 

That works for Kenwood, but not for Pioneer.

 

Just had a birthday - cue the tacoma gifts.

I got a Salex organizer for the console and glove box and weathertec floor liners installed.

Also got a pop and lock and a westin light bar, not installed yet though. soon....soon.....
