Hey Dan,

Do you know where I can find info on these lots of land for sale near Lion Country Safari? I had been looking at land in Montura Ranch in Clewiston, Florida but that area is a bit too far from where I live.

Finally got around to installing my secondary fuse panel

 

I use www.buysellrentpalmbeach.com. In the subdivision you can put deer run, or you can search from Pt St Lucie to Miami for whatever...maybe change type to land or something.

I would look elsewhere. Personally, I would not even consider the areas near Lion Country.

Took a little while to get done. My buddy started pulling everything apart before I could label all the wires. What a pain in the butt that was. But everything's good. Once i wired it all up everything was perfect my lighted switches are finally working again.

I was reading that after I typed my post last night. That scared me. Both of my parents have had cancer (still alive, Thankfully) & I don't want to provoke anything.

Basically, I am looking for land (1-5 acres, depending on price) so that I can purchase it & basically just sit on it for a few years.

A co-worker of mine bought land (don't know the size) for $5,000 5 years ago & is being offered $30,000 now. The road by his property was unpaved back then but now the city paved it so the value went up. I might look there.

I was looking at Montura Ranch in Clewiston, Fl but that place is so isolated that I just don't see it growing enough to eventually make a profit on it.

Miami? Forget about it! Way too expensive to buy land here.

 

Yeah, if you want cheap land probably best to go inland away from the coasts. North FL. has land cheaper than other places. Less chance of flooding too.

 

Well, there's a lot of land up there and half of it is for sale. I foresee that in abut 10 years after all the cancer water scares have done their toll, the residents will demand city water...then the land will skyrocket in value. Personal opinion at least.

 

I don't doubt that Dan. Same way that a few people died in '82 due to taking Tylenol & Tylenol pills are still on the shelves.

Firestone had their ATX11's causing blowouts & peoples Ford Exploders rolling over due to this. Yes, I meant to type Exploder.

The thing about this is that it is so recent I can't help but being concerned. Either way, I'm just looking for now & putting money aside little by little.

Looks like a 3" of some kind.

 

It's a 3" lift, on 20x9.5 33.5 tires (thought they were 32s but noticed I went 33) did a system behind the seats 2 12s little amp... And everything else came from factory
