You do realize you were drawing attention to yourself by parking like that. Pay the ticket and stop whining.

So you think you'd get cute breaking the law. Ignorance of the law isn't an excuse and apparently you'd rather fill the trail with no parking signs up every hill you think would be amusing to park on? It's douchebags like you that require micromanaging, because you can't follow simple rules, and flagrantly break them expecting no consequence.

Barren sure, but you pulled dirt down onto the level parking area for your amusement.

Your whining is FAIL of the highest order.

Hey at least I'm THINKING and analyzing about something and not just parking my truck all nilly willy and stuff.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Besides. If he gets away with parking up on a slope, next thing you know, he might be parking on your stairs or something. Boys will be boys, right? Gotta nip that in the bud, I say.

    :)

If you weren't there to see the horror, it's too late. :(

Well yah. That's what my mind was sayin'. Sorta. But not really.

Sure man. I hear you. How we gonna do that? :infantry:

Get voters on our side right? :oldglory:

Breaking news: most folks who aren't into 4x4 offroading are more likely to side with the Sierra Club than with Cal4Wheel.com. :tumbleweed:

The Sierra Club spends a LOT of time money and effort trying to convince people that we're out there endangering species, creating a huge erosion and runoff problem, and damaging the environment. Someone might read one of their "hit piece" publications and not know what to think. :homer:

Then they remember your truck parked on a soft hillside in a public park, and all the tire-tracks they've seen in places where they're not supposed to be.

And we just lost another potential supporter to the other side.

Ten million profanity-laced-rants into the internet on an off road forum like this one or Pirate 4x4 won't do shit -- we've gotta have the ordinary voters on our side and we've got to have them thinking that the OTHER GUYS are the rabid, irrational, extremists. :der:

Like it or not - when you drive an off road truck - everyone's watching, whether you like it or not.

Think about it - unless you want everywhere you might drive your 4x4 to be :locked:

    100% this.

We could possibly thank you a bit for putting some money in the state bank that might have a remote chance of being used to fix trails, repair places where people drove off the trail, pay the rangers for their thankless job, etc.
