oh no worries i have the truck i want, just browsing around on ebay for my different projects etc and saw it..

thats what the "hide everything from the dummies" is lol.

Low, and sometimes hi end dealers (and shady idividuals) rattle can the shit out of them, call it "profesional undercoating" and charge someone more. or they call it reconditioning.

personaly i would rather do my own undercoating if and when needed than ever pay for someone else to flat black everything in sight lol :)

I once worked on an old yota for someone that had fallen victim to that "still black, and fresh professional undercoating" who i went to help fix fuel system issues.. and like magic the frame was soft enough to put my fingers through by the tank.. good news is i just helped patch it all up and it was good to go.

its been awhile but im pretty sure my eclipse was a hot wire (wired it to my fog lights) maybe it was a ground controlled circut, i dont remember but i do know grounding it to a regular chassis ground didnt work.

I googled it because at the time they were selling the "bypass" kits for it on ebay and i didn't see any reason i should have to pay for something so simple.

It was deffinately worth the hassle, both for watching movies on road trips etc and just messing with the nav and stuff.

    not a bad idea :)

I usually ask for tools i have been wanting or needing.
Can never have to many tools! and it gets to be hard to let people pick a gift from a list of ideas etc if its stuff for my truck, especialy when its specific items i want :)

    haha, yea..

im pretty much out of small tool's in the $5-25 range at least.

im sure i can think of a few years more worth of <$100 tools still.

and by the time i run out of ideas, im sure there will be new tool's, or worn out ones to replace.

as long as they dont give me cash.. :) unless its a lot of cash..

My GF actually got me a shirt and suprise date deal on my birthday this year, i certainly couldn't complain! Im pretty easy to please.

Relocated the Winch controller socket to the bumper. I didnt have to splice any wires as they were long enough to reach. Just sealed up the hole in the solenoid box and called it a day.

Nice! Relentless correct? I've always like his HC over others.

Don't get me wrong that is a nice bumper but it's that piece that Relentless has to match the fender flares that wins me over. If not for that little detail it would look like all the others.

In pelfreybilts defense he does give you bed side support brackets that are slotted so you can push the bedside out to align the flare with the outside edge of the bumper. The relentless is still a really good choice too.

    Thanks!

Just another 5 minute quickly item. But I have an 82 Toyota 4x4 and the paint around the hood support rod hole is gone. So to prevent it on the taco, I added a little bit of heat shrink. Put a drop of dish soap to get it onto the rod, and that should dry up in there pretty quick and hold tight. Figured it was a good time to do it since its new.

Fixed my Pop and Lock, which was locking the tailgate all on its own after I open and closed 3-4 times. Also got some Blizzaks mounted on my derped winter wheels, so I can throw them on myself when the weather warrants, rather than have to wait days at the local tire shops when the snow flies.

basics - westin nerf bars, extang tonno audio - JVC HU w/ axxess interface mod misc - screen cover for cabin air intake. Weathertech floor mats front & rear.
no didn't add a lift kit, $5k stereo system, steel bumpers or a flux capacitor. just some padding on the back of the rear seats in a double cab. used some anti fatigue mat that i got from the local big box store, cut to size and applied some contact cement and presto. its great when a plan comes together. this was easier than the cabin air input screen cover or extending the A/C condensation drain hose.:D
