Sorry I don't have the money or credit for a 4wd Taco. I am stuck with a 2wd, but I still like to have fun with it and go through some mud holes and off road trails. I just wanted to know if there is anyone else running 2wd.

Late response, sorry. There are less parts to wear and tear on, if you have a locker and a winch (and a recovery point) go at it, you shouldn't have many issues. I wouldn't go alone though.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Growing up in Iowa, i used to love playing in the mud...

Now owning a 2013 tacoma, i do my best to avoid most of it.

Unless im in my 81 :)

but the tacoma has too many electronics and shitty unitized wheel bearings as well as questionable throwout bearings.. soo other than mud i have to go through in order to drag my 81 out the new tacoma stays relatively clean :)

the pictures of the blue tacoma sitting and with the hood up are from the day it died. The ones of it stuck are other days.

biggest difference between kansas and iowa, is all of the rock, not much top soil here. But in iowa its all dirt. They closed the best wheeling mudding place within 2 hours drive back in 2005, so i was happy when i moved here.

almost all of my good pictures were on the memory card from my camera... that was in my phone... when i lost it. :(

i havent gone mudding really in about a year since all my wheeling buddys left. Then i had one good friend left with a jeep, and we did 90 % trails and woods etc.

I did find 2 good videos on my old facebook but i dont preffer to mess with that place..
