That's awesome! I didn't know they were the same plug either. Doesn't get much easier than that.

OK with all that said and done. Any tips on how to mount the lights?

I think Rigid sells a mounting kit for Tundra that I've read on TW also works for modern Tacomas.. I have a Pelfreybilt bumper that has some mounting brackets built in..

Best way to mount them is bolt directly up to your new Pelfreybilt bumper, its designed for it:D

The older Rigids had different plugs. They were oval shaped, now more square. Not surprised they plugged right in, the ones on my roof rack are a few years old and the plug looks like it would fit the Toyota fog harness.

So i just installed an LED bar, but don't want to connect them straight to the battery. Anyone know of a good point in the engine fuse box where i can tap into a wire for Accessory power like I did for the Anytime fog mod? Don't want to use the same wire in case it gets overloaded.

I installed rigids in place of my oem fogs using factory switch and wiring. Positive to positive, neg to neg- even checked for voltage to confirm. Now my fog light indicator on the dash does not turn off when the headlights are on even though the switch turns the rigids on and off just fine. Odd. Anyone else notice this?

Is there a thread somewhere that has the Rigid light install for wiring but does not have the stock wiring harness. I am having issues running a set of ditch lights and fog lights without using the battery as a direct power source.

One set of light has a relay built in and the other has a inline fuse. The main reason I am trying to do this is because my battery died last time I had them hooked up.

Im not necessarily looking to do the anytime mod, just as light as I get them to work
