Tundra axle is 6" wider then my current one. 2nd gen taco is 5" wider.

Ill need the tundra as it is wider since ill run my rear shocks out side the frame.

    The shafts are stronger tho.

    woof 200!

and 2jz for sure if you can get ur hands on one. That would be so unique plus the sound would be way more pleasing than a regular old v8

Yea..turbo too.. Easy to find. Just pricey. just import a JDM on and put USDM twins on it..or single it..

    check it

    http://s1140.photobucket.com/user/mmccul3797/library/2JZGTE Swap into a 1998 4x4 V6 5 Speed Tacoma

Id be too tempted to build it up though..haha get a stoker kit for and it would be 3.4l just like the V6 but I6 turbo! Put a .58 AR 60-1 T4 turbo out it...

    see..that would be an issue..

either way, 2jz and 3uz cost about the same. But a 2jz would be easier..

ooo bummer on the missed op.

It's Frankenstein, you can fit one anywhere! Yea it did look like a tight fit in there front to back underhood. haha that might be the toughest part of the whole swap idk.

Yea cause he used dual e fans to push air to the radiator.

I've seen photos of a guy that just replaced the whole grill with the intercooler...

Only reason why I'd want an 01-04 front end..bigger grill for intercooler..

    uhh...hello...my roof rack?? :D haha

My bro and i had thought about having one to take off from my roof and pilot while driving too.

some are as cheap as 300 buckish..just aren't as stable and harder to fly. Th XP2 has a self leveling feature and altitude hold feature so you don't have to ride the throttle to hoover. And return to take off so if you get too crazy and it gets to far away it'll fly itself back to where it took off in the same path it go there.

    bad ass stuff.

Dude i want one! so much better for long range stuff. But i was in the same boat :p haha

also..im impressed with this thing. Just watch the first few seconds to see him shake it. Pretty cool.

but yea man. I want HAM. i mean..my CB works great..usually..didn't so well on this last trip due to all the added lights. So i need to re wire it for a cleaner ground path. But Ham will go WAY further and cleaner sounding. Be handy for a couple people to have it on our trips, especially for the leader and tail gunners.
