I waited until I got on my computer so I could reply to this in pieces.

Like I said before, it works now because it would be easy to replace the people, but if all companies were this way, then it wouldn't matter where you worked really and there wouldn't be as much incentive to stay.
Yeah, Russia proved Communism can't keep up with Capitalism and the French recently proved that Socialism doesn't work for long either. "The problem with Socialism is you eventually run out of other people's money."

I'd be willing to bet that if you took the money aspect away, 90% of doctors would not have become doctors... You would really have to want to be a Dr to go to and pay for 10-12 years of school to do that when you could have got some other job right out of high school making the same money (assuming you work the same hours). I just don't think enough people want to be doctors just to be doctors to make it work under that system. Same goes for lots of other jobs. I sure as hell wouldn't be doing all this hard school work to be an EE if it wasn't going to pay as well as it does.

Now if everybody was already qualified to do any job right out of highschool then this system would work because you could just do whatever it is you want to do, but since there are a lot of jobs out there, like a surgeon for example, that require years of training and there are jobs like being a janitor or cashier that require 30 minutes worth of training.

That's why Communism worked well for Russia for a while and lots of brilliant people came out of it. Imagine taking a 4 year old and just strictly training them to be a doctor or engineer or physicist, rather than giving them a general education until they are 19 or 20 and then teaching them how to do whatever specialty they choose. You could have someone much more qualified to do a job.

My wife has a math teacher from Communist Russia here at ISU and he kind of got mad at the students from time to time, but more so just frustrated with them and actually mad at the USA. She was in a Pre-Calculus class and was being taught advanced Trig basically. He hated how most college students in the classes had weak math backgrounds and that they were (typically) in their early 20's and just barely learning this stuff. He said in Russia they were taught this stuff around the age of 12 or 13 and by the time they were in their 20's they knew much much more advanced stuff. We all spend so much time learning general stuff that it is blurred in with the specific stuff and we just don't learn it as thoroughly.

If that's true that is insane! I'm amazed anybody would even dream of doing that! You can't hardly live on that kind of salary if you have a wife and kids...

Let's not even go there! There is nothing good to be said about our healthcare system except that it is very good at fixing people, it just costs a shit ton. Our medical research is among the top in the world. Capitalism breeds ingenuity. You need to come up with new stuff to beat out your competitors and make more money. Without an incentive there is not even reason to try harder.

This is also insane and just goes to show you that there are some messed up people in the world...

Not sure when I'll have the time, nor do I have netflix...

Yeah... He did a whole video on how Cuban health care is better than the US healthcare... He went there and told them what he was doing and said he wanted the health care that any ol Cuban citizen would get and documented the whole thing claiming it to be better than what we get in the US. Do you really think they gave him the usual healthcare? Hell no! They probably gave him healthcare on par with Fidel Castro himself! There were several articles out claiming that most Cubans are lucky to even get the chance to see a doctor... We don't hear about it much, but I don't think Cuba is any better place to live than North Korea right not...

In short I have a hard time believing any thing any extremist says, no matter what side. When dealing with extremists, it is best to get the general message of what they are saying but are far as how bad things really are, you have to tone down how bad they make it seem by like 40%. haha

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Micheal Moore is just in it for the money. Make himself look extremist and make everything he says carry a huge shock factor and everyone will buy into it. Like Miley Cyrus right now. Everyone is talking about how dumb she is etc, but in reality she was the most popular person on the planet for at least a week and people are still talking about some of the stuff she is still doing. She carried a massive shock factor with her performances and it got her tons of attention and possibly lots of money with it. For all we know she is a freaking genius for that!

Idk..this movie has numerous real politicians saying what i have been sayin in interviews..:notsure:

Do i agree with everything? No. Not even slighty.

But it does make me more aware of stuff and want to make changes. Which i think is more the point..like the saying, Over build? Well..same goes here. Be an extremist and you'll get a small reaction out of the general public. Or like when i work out..when the high round count or reps or whatever is number X..i always try and do more then that number by a lot. Lets say..7 rounds was the high in an AMRAP..i shoot for 10..but i'll only get 8..but i still beat the high number of the day.

Least thats how im taking the whole thing..
