Got a ticket today...

I was in the HOV lane on Santa Fe/85 after dropping my wife off at work. Just a bonehead mistake and wasn't even thinking about that lane being HOV as I was late to work (I NEVER drive 85 up to 25... the furthest north I typically go on 85 is to Mineral)

There goes $135

 

gotcha...i'll most likely be riding down in the san juans 1st and maybe 2nd weekend in Jan.

 

Not sure where we are going as one of the other members is setting it up but I imagine it is somewhere close to the SW corner near Durango where were last time.

 

hard for me to justify riding anywhere else besides silverton down there

 

Maybe thats where we are going. Definitely went through there on our trip this summer

 

let me know if you will be down there one of those weekends..anything past that, tax season will keep me busy 6 days a week

 

What no Wolf Creek?

 

They get a lot of snow but lack the terrain.

 

they have tons of hikeable terrain but not like silverton, i was at wolf creek when we got 3 feet in one night, we couldnt hike any of the terrain because we had no way of getting back to the resort so we just cruised the runs all day in 3 foot of powder
