Well u told me they were "Complete" not missing a part and a limb.
I asked u to use UPS or Fedex, simply because USPS is not very good at handling large package items.
I didnt DEMAND you, you you have to use UPS or Fedex. U could have texted me and let me know UPS gave u a crazy price, and just tell me you will rather stick with USPS. I am not a unreasonable person.

Not that i couldnt pay you that $10, it is "Should I" with the way you texted me and asked me about it.

You make it sound like i held a gun at ur head, telling you LOWER THE PRICE , USE UPS/FEDEX. The truth is i didnt, i simply asked you, i didnt force u in any way.

U didnt even give me heads up about what shipping cost and company u was going to use. If u LET me know, i would much rather tell u just go with USPS with insurance.

Did u even compare the costs of the shipping companies beforehand?

 

I didn't have the time to be coasting around for prices. I shipped those lights out right before I had to work. That's around the time I told you that my gf and I were looking for a place to live, so even more so I wanted to ship them out in hopes of the full amount(2nd transaction) to be returned.

Like I said man, nuff with the shit. What's done is done.

So the shipping is on you then, since u didnt have the time to compare.
Since u didnt compare, what makes u so sure USPS would have been a cheaper choice?

Like i said, if u ask nicely, i have no problem sending you that $10.
I just didnt see why i should care for ur paypal fee, if u were using inappropriate language towards me to begin with.

 

I've shipped a bunch of stuff through USPS..a set of 4 steelies and tires from my previous car costed nearly the same as the headlights through UPS. You were obviously against USPS so I was generous to keep the deal going even with 2 people waiting in line behind you.

For the record, you never told me when you received the headlights, I had to ASK. That already told me you weren't gonna follow through. If you kept your word, you woulda told you received it and then proceed with the 2nd transaction.

I told you they couldnt deliver it, becasue i forgot to include you the Suite # and that i was going to pick it up that same day.

I let you know i had PROBLEMS with USPS delivering large package stuff to my address.
And i had that problem recently prior to purchasing ur lights.

I asked if you could get a quote from different shipping companies and let me know.
But i am thankful that you just went with UPS, not caring for the price.
Entirely, you can not blame everything on me, because if you would have told me UPS gave you a outrageous quote, i wouldnt have let you go with UPS. I much rather you go with USPS or whatever else u prefer.

Yeah you told me on 8/30 that you didn't receive it cuz of the address (which I copied and pasted it from your PM). I didn't hear from you so I asked on 9/3. So some time in between, you received it and didn't tell me. Then denied to send the 2nd transaction(as mentioned in the beginning of the deal), instead you tell me to refund you first! You frickin twisted shit around right there. You received the headlights and you STILL insisted on refunding you before sending the 2nd transaction.

If anyone is around or within Houston limit.
I don't mind meeting locally and u can hooks it up to your car and see the cutoff line before u buy them.
Just to make sure everything is perfect and in good working condition
