Tacoma TRD 2014 out?

Here is my build sheet. it says Vessel Name TMMBC? does this mean it is being shipped from Japan? I would like to think it was at least assembled here...

I paid 33,500 even.... MSRP was 34684. TRD DBL CAB with NAV. I actually walked out of my local dealer because they wouldnt budge on a 2013 without NAV for similar price!!! They said it would be gone tomorrow if I didnt buy it. AND essentially said I was FOS about another dealer having 2014 with NAV available. I feel like being an ass and sending him a copy of my purchase order and ask why they havent sold the 2013 yet.

 

TMMBC = Baja California... Tijuana.
TMMBC produces 100% of the beds, and most, if not all of the Doublecab models.
They do not make any RC or AC trucks.

 

There's at least 1 Texas Edition on the inbound list here, I'm pretty sure those are built here in Texas, so I don't think they're all built in Mexico still.

 

Since their is no significant changes, I wonder what kind of deals we can get on the 2013 models?

 

In Texas, not much. I was only getting offers ~$1k below the 2014 price.

 

seriously- I went to 2 dealers trying to get a steal on a '13...not having it. They know someone will buy at that price and inventory low in CO.

 

Same in FL. Debating on pulling trigger on one of the 3 spruces left in SE, or waiting for 2014

 

Going to be pretty much the same everywhere. Hard to get a "steal" on the best selling mid-size truck. Most dealers will be happy to let you walk out if you don't want to pay what they want because the next person will pay it.

 

Liberty Toyota in Burlington NJ shows one on their web site. Most likely in transit.

 

Finally joined the tacoma club. Just purchased a 2014 super white 2wd DCLB Sport with navi for 30200. MSRP was around 32800. I got 200 below invoice. Not bad since the trucks just hit their lot a day or 2 ago.

 

I purchased a Super White 2014 Double Cab TRD Off Road on Saturday from Marina Del Rey CA. It's got the "entune" as described above with the backup camera display located in the audio head.

 

What did you end up getting the selling price down to?

 

Hilarious lol...waiting over two years for the gen three....feel like the fools in line for days to buy the ipod5s...but they get to home home with one. Well, next year will be the year for sure, positively, and will be worth the wait ....right?

 

I did see this was going to be a new option though... ok im just pullin your leg... its actaully a batman theme...
