    Heard that. The main reason I cut in the winter is b/c I'm in college, so summer time = mass quantities of alcohol lol. My only weakness in the fall is wanting to have a few beers while watching football. I'm gonna make college football Saturday's my cheat day and try to just stick to vodka and club soda or something. Hopefully I won't succumb, but at least I have a plan. I've got to turn this 2 pack into an 8 pack!

    I done the unforgivable my brethren.... I curled in the squat rack... :shame:

    I worked out with a coworker who used to play college football and he trains old school. He was leading the way so of course he walked up to the squat rack and started curling. So i followed and i was getting mean looks from all over the gym.

    I even pointed him to the fixed curl bars and he denied. lol good work out though.
