That's how I got my bed cover... guy had it in his shop brand new. Didn't want it and had it on CL for 250. I offered him 100 and he took it.

Glad you got that RTT. Have you gotten a chance to use it yet?

Nope.. Not yet. Got about 3 more weeks in Kodiak, then I'm home. Have some pretty epic trips planned, though.

Might have to pick up a Miller MIG to weld up that bed rack.

    I'm stoked!

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
Already have some ideas/concerns about the ARB.

    • I will need to add cut-outs/cans for Fogs. I have the OEM fogs, and they work fine for me. I might change the bulbs and modify to accept the HIR2 9012 bulbs (1875lumens/ ea.)
    • My standard Hawse fairlead will not work with this bumper without modification, or purchasing a new offset Hawse.
    • Might need to swap my 885s for 886s depending on the weight difference. I know my skid weighs 83lbs, and the alum. winch mount + winch is probably 100lbs at least.

Ben, at worst you can buy and resell for profit.
if you can't fit the fogs you can sell them for $120 super fast.
hawse cost about $40 I think, no big deal. didn't you have that spare WARN one?
yes you need 886. ARBs are weighty. you can sell the 885s pretty easy.

if you don't get it you will be the biggest loser ever and kids will make fun of you on the playground

You hit everything on the head, great minds think alike :D

I sold that warn hawse already, but it wasn't offset anyway. Viking makes an nice offset one.

Need to meet up with Stallone to see about getting the fogs to fit, and then track down some 886s.

I wouldn't have done it. I would have to upgrade coils on my Ironman lift too.

Well, stay tuned. You might be able to get my hidden mount if James doesn't get it. Also, Eric (Relentless) is very close to finishing his hidden winch mount design.

Honestly, after the crap I've gone through with eric for just a skid plate and a flip kit, I won't go back through him. Great guy, just product and timing aren't up to standards

:ohsnap: Wasn't aware of that, but I've heard similar things. I just ordered a couple NMO mounts for Mike and I, curious how long it will take to get them.

Dora joins the "Big Boy Bumper Brigade" :yay:

Just picked up all the missing hardware at Home Depot. Need to make some side braces, get a new fairlead, make some fog cutouts, and get some 886s.

Hell yeah, we need to get something planned. I finally ordered the Dakar add-a-leafs too, so I have a few mods to work on.

Thanks again for the heads-up on the bumper
