    Not sure what you have against mdf unless you plan on submerging your door.
    Jeverich's idea is good in a pinch (on my Honda I just used pressboard since I was a dumb college student, it worked). I just wanted to do it up right so I did the Marv stuff and added the RAAMmat as well.

    I don't have measurements, I haven't been up on the audio stuff since 2008.

    crap bolted and welded together....
    The mdf overtime will fail, maybe a long while from now but it will. That's my only issue. My truck gets bounced around bad it the fields and i dont want to risk them failing while bouncing around. I may be just over cautious, lol

    886s on the way, along with some Delrin rollers and Dakar add-a-leafs.

    Just need to find a roller fairlead. Pm'd a couple members, but no word yet.
