Aloha, all you old fekkers! Haven't been on this forum for quite a while and decided that I need to get in on the action in this thread. I'm coming a little early though, as I am 4 months shy of being 60. (pun intended)

Nice to see what the mature side of these forums have to say.

Morning all, thank god it's Friday:D Going on vacation for 2 WEEKS. will check in from time to time but mostly relaxing:cheers:.
Glad the surgery went well Cap:thumbsup: did you get much sleep sitting up last night??? That was the worst. I got real antsy after a few days and needed to do some things but it was tough with one wing in a sling. Take it easy for a week or two then give it hell....

Hi Cheech, welcome:wave:, Lots of stuff discussed here but most important, Taco's are not just for kids!!

Hi Sue, you'll always be the youngster in this group:)

Hey Mike, if you don't want to reach 60, do like I'm doing, I call it my "Benjamin Buttons Birthdays"...My last birthday I was 65, next year I'll be 64, the year after I'll be 63 etc., etc. I'll never be 66:D LOL

Hey Cap, What ship was he on, Looks like the guns of a battle wagon...

63 split window is the one!!! I'm not a fan of Vettes but if I could I would get a split window! the only other one I would get is a 62. Loved the body lines.

I have the most reverence and praise for the men and women that fought in all of the wars or conflicts. God Bless them all Jim. I look at my Pops pictures from WWII and wish I had gotten more information from him before he passed. He was USN and didn't see any land action other than being at Omaha beach to tow the disabled boats back to England for repair. A lot of history from our Dads.

    Morning all:
    Lots of good stuff!
If I would have had a choice, I would have wanted to serve on a battleship.
Saw the NJ in mothballs on a school trip, and again when she was being put back in service. That is one awesome ship!

A salute to your dad, Jim! And to everyone else who served in the military.
Capt.-Good to hear the surgery went well, NOW listen to the Doc. for awhile!
Another buddy of mine has a 65 fuelie that he bought new. Last time I saw it, I believe it had just over 30k on it. He made a mistake, yrs. ago, he sold the 65 fi unit and put an older fi unit on it. Other than that, it's all original. I'm sure it's still worth a good buck!
Sue is catching up to us; at one time we were twice as old as her! :D
Ken-ENJOY! NEED PICS.; still waiting for pics. from Tom's vac. :)
Still no posts from Rob, don't look good. :( What's being posted on cars should have gotten his attention.
    Mark must still be recuperating?????

Really dug into the bathroom today, bought a new level!
Thought the old one may be off, but nope, it's that crooked; or maby they're both off!

This was in yesterdays local paper.
The General, (Reggie), that I mentioned in earlier posts, retired.
Don't know if the pic. is something to do with retirement, or something else.
Those four guys in the white pants do look suspicious though!
