A friend of mine but a lifted 2013 2500hd on 37's. I thought it looked nice until I realized it was the 6.0 v8. And he bought to get better gas mileage than his Hummer H2

I guess it's that snowy time of the year for the lucky few. I love the mountains in the snow. Deer & elk are so much easier to spot :D

Freak storm. Hit the trail behind my house and the snow actually was sticking. At the highest point (around 8500 feet) there was an inch or so on the ground.

Yeah, one of the easier ones but since it was wet we figured we see how challenging it was.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Finally got the correct relay for my retros. Got everything ready to go, almost...

    1 question.
Where do I plug this lone "male" connector?
    vugudyty_bdc8525fd537eb4c45187648205c0787d3cca4df.jpg

Here's a pick of the relay, hopefully this is the correct one. I was told its the 9003/ H4
    9esaremy_24d21cb163fd539079d036a4437163d1c5b4db19.jpg

I'm guessing I plug the "male" plug into the driver side headlight plug, the same one that I used to connect to the old bulb on the driver side? If that is the case, will the passenger side connection not be used anymore?

You only need one connection for hid's. So you use that dummy connector to make your computer think that both sides are being used. That what your bright lights icon works.

Yep plug it into the driver side headlight plug. Passenger side will have nothing plugged into it. My high beam dash indicator doesn't work though. It will if I plug in a halogen bulb into the passenger side socket, but I don't do that. You can also use a resistor of sorts to get it to work but I haven't bothered.

Actually the rear view mirror mod is a real mod. It's a 2nd gen mod..which that guy was haha

2nd gen rear view mirrors sit really low. A TW member makes an aluminum bracket that raises it about 2".

Totally worth every penny. So much nicer. Did it to my dads.

Shoot, the mirror on my truck seems real low to, i'd like to raise mine up a little.

If i'd have gotten a 2nd gen then i'd definitely have done the mod, it's really annoying when i drive my sis's 08

I took my mud flaps off along time ago. looks way better without them and they rip off really easilly

I never realized ur tires stuck out that much:eek:
    looks good though

sounds like a good mod. almost every car I drive the mirror is in the way of looking ahead in corners but being 6'3 doesn't help at all. manufacturers need to put the rear view mirrors higher.

Finally finished up the Morimoto mini install! Still gotta wire up the Halos but have everything there. Anyone know how to disable the Day Time Running Head lights? I don't want the projectors on every time I'm driving. That'll probably wear them out quick.

    Here's a pic...

Also, added some interior LEDs from JumpersLED's.
