    Another subject... has anyone been to Rimrock, east side of white pass? I was told its some of the best technical wheelin in wa... ive hunted there alot but I believe Rimrock is on the S. side of the highway n we hunt the N. side

    Thinking today we will head up to Hart's pass for a drive, then do some hikes in the area.

    on the return leg of my trip. had a really great time, Winthrop is a great place - the whole family was trying to figure out how we could move there! great places to hike and explore, Washington pass is a must see and just a taste of what there is. a nice downtown with just enough to be interesting. isn't crowded or fake like Leavenworth can be, but there is a steady flow of people.

    saw a bull moose yesterday! surprised us so much we didn't get to the camera until he walked off :(
