    5 rounds 10 reps 4 exercises.

    Bench 135
    Squat 175
    Push Press 125
    Dead Lift 215

    No rest period except switching weights.

    If you're big into CF, I'd recommend the Reebok ones. Of course the adistars are pretty much the best out there, they are super heavy, and not very flexible. That makes them excellent lifting shoes, but bad if you're doing a metcon with oly lifts. Reebok's is pretty light weight and solid enough for oly lifts. Made specifically for CF type workout. They sell them at Dick's too, so you can try them on before buying.

    I've done double unders, box jumps, pullups, etc., in mine with ease. Even some short runs (100-400 meters).

    After 5 months of committing to eating as much healthy food as possible i'm seeing some results.[​IMG]


    Unfortunately the abs were sacrificed, but i can get those back. I've also realized how big of a difference there is to bulking up, and a clean bulk. I want to clean bulk as much as possible, sure it might take longer but it's healthier. Thankfully i have big traps naturally and back day is my favorite lol

    A steady 155, goal is 175, i weighed 130 when this thread started lol

    Only supps are Pro Complex and occasionally a various pre work out

    So for shoulder press, I've been using seated dumbbell press and the smith machine seated since I can get more of a wider grip using the barbell. I've been going down to eye level since that is 90 degrees then pressing up. When using the barbell, do I bring the barbell down to my shoulder level for a full ROM, down to my chest, or do I just keep the barbell at eye level?
