Perfect! Yeah those look good thanks for posting the pic up..... Will those fit the 2 and 4 wd versions? I saw an ad on Ebay for them and they said would only fit the 4wd versions.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
they should fit a 4x2. the rims on sports, offroads, and regular sr5's are the same on 4x2 or 4x4.

How were your wheels and tires balanced?

It's usually done on a machine that makes the wheel spin and tells someone how much weight to put on a given part of the rim. :smack!:

    Be more specific. :p

    Thanks!

I want to know if he is satisfied with the balancing job he got when he mounted the tires. Was a Hunter "Road Force" machine used? Did they use pound on weights on the inner bead and tape on weight behind the spokes, as per the Toyota TSB for these wheels?

I'm trying to get a straight answer out of someone if the newer version wheel designed for TPMS is actually a hub centric or lug centric design? This make a big difference on what type of balancing equipment needs to be used.

Hope this clears my question up!

Here is a pic of the Ivan Stewarts with Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's
285/75-16. I have had no balancing issues at all.

There is Precision Toyota in Tuscon, that has those in a EBAY store for $165 ea..(888-751-1188). Most dealers will negotiate down to $200. ea.

I was told two different things though about the lug nuts. Not sure if you can use the OEM's or have to but the TRD's.
