We know there are a lot of Go-Fast Tacomas out there, and we're excited to announce our new Baja Leafs for you guys! Baja Leafs are designed for long travel, high speed and rough terrain. These are a direct replacement for the popular Deaver "62" spring pack, bolting in wherever those were previously installed. This is the definitive desert race/chase/pre-run rear leaf spring specification set, and can be adapted not only to Tacomas but is also suitable for many other mid-size and half-ton full-size trucks.

Note that these ARE NOT A SIMPLE BOLT-ON in place of the stock springs! They are 2.5" wide, and longer than stock requiring new spring hangers in new locations. All-Pro will have a shackle and hanger kit available for them in the future but until then, you'll have to rely on your ingenuity and fab skills to do a new install (unless you're replacing previously-installed "62's".

Best of all, our Baja Leafs are affordable, at only $599 a pair (including new bushings and sleeves), and carry a great warranty for either race or non-race use (subject to proper installation). We will have these up on our website soon, but until then please give Terry or Pepe a call here at All-Pro, at (951) 658-7077 for more information or to place your order.
    From our recent press release:

    — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE —
All-Pro Baja Leafs for Pre-Run, Chase or Race!
AUGUST 28, 2009 • HEMET, CA — All-Pro Off-Road now offers a high quality, lower cost alternative to the pricey leaf springs used on many pre-runners and desert race trucks. All-Pro’s new Baja Leafs provide long travel and a smooth ride over rough terrain. All-Pro’s Baja Leafs are a direct replacement for the popular Deaver “62” leaf spring, making them an easy bolt-in for many existing pre-runners, chase vehicles and race trucks. All-Pro will soon offer a spring hanger kit for installing Baja Leafs on Toyota Tacoma pickups. Until then, builders can easily fabricate or use aftermarket spring hangers for installation in Tacomas, Ford Rangers, F150s or any other suitable vehicle.
All-Pro’s Baja Leafs are 2-1/2” wide and measure 52-3/4” eye-to-eye (no load), with a 13-1/2” arc, measured from eye-to-eye center line to mounting surface. The 11-leaf pack provides a smooth, progressive spring rate, while extended u-straps and teflon friction pads improve performance. The triple military wrap at the non-shackle eye provides the durability to take miles of Baja punishment. Baja Leafs are sold in pairs, with a complete urethane bushing and sleeve kit, for only $599.00. All-Pro backs up their Baja Leafs with a comprehensive 12-month warranty for non-racing applications or 6-month warranty for race use with proper installation and equipment (bump-stops, limit straps, etc.)

Recommendations on new fiberglass bedsides to go with the long-travel springs?

Yeah, we had to discontinue them due to lack of interest.

    Thanks for your interest.

Damn that's a shame. Considering how well engage is doing selling basically the same pack, I'm sure they would sell with the right advertising.
