Auto LSD and Active traction control sys?

Hey Guys... i just bought my 2013 Tacoma off road sport... My question is during normal driving (street/highway) sjould the auto lsd and ATCS be off or on.....Or should a say be lit up ? when i bought it the salesmen was just pushing buttons and nothing was lighting up...guess he didnt really know what was up ...thats why im here... Ive been driving it and its not lit up is that ok? Ive read the manual and a bit confused...Should i have it off cause when i press it it shows up as OFF on the Tac area and the Auto LSD is Lit up...Hope that makes sense and thanks for your help!

 

Is it an Offroad or a Sport? Cant be both.
