This x100... With all due respect for Tyler & his quality products I have yet to see anyone recoup or even get close to the $$$ amount of improvements done on any vehicle when re sold....

 

Ya, I certainly don't expect all my money back on mods, that's always a loss. Would just like a little over kbb. I've probably got ~15-20k in mods, sure don't expect to get all that back.

 

If I do go this route I know for sure someone is getting a lot of bang for the buck.
I can build another truck and I don't want to miss out in this house and if that means dropping truck for a while so be it

 

Oh, absolutely they'll get a major upgrade for pennies on the dollar Tyler..

Are you selling to buy a house ?? (kinda came in half informed) I'll be selling my moms place soon since her passing, it'll be listed in the 400k area seeing how thats what houses are going for where i live

 

You're head is in the right place Tyler, the house thing is a better option, especially since mortgages are still fairly easy to acquire, this will be changing in 2014 making it harder to qualify.
And to re-state your comment, you can always build another truck down the road.

 

I'm trying to buy the place I currently live in. This has been the plan since we moved in but some changes are potentially going to push the purchase date in some. It may be a buy it or lose it sorta thing.

Yes to all the above. It's a great place in a great location. I was very involved in the entire remodel and expansion as well so I'm invested in it a bit as well. It's got all I need and more
