Tis about that time of the year for the canopy to go back on & head into the mountains to find something that hops, bugles, purrs, roars or howls.

Does anyone with a 2001-2004 Tacoma be interested in getting rid of their center console coin dispenser, or selling it to me?
I'd pay for shipping (though that goes without saying).
    Let me know! :)

Yeah it does look really good, but I prefer the functionality of my rear sliding winows.

does anyone know if a pre runner front bumper cover will fit on a 4x4? Do i need to make a conversion?

I like the look of the painted front bumpers better then the black plastic front bumpers.

Ha, yeah my Dad gave me one back when I had my 99 Center Console. I threw it away so now I regret doing so. I'm sick of having so much change in my cup holder.

What functionality? Just being able to open it for a better breeze?
I'd take it looking better and just opening the front 2 windows all day over having that shitty sliding window that is oh so easy to pry open for a car prowler

it'll fit, just make sure that it's from a truck that's from the year range of 98-00, i think the 01-04 and 95-97 ones are different.

I agree. I can't reach my back glass comfortably anyway and my weather strip folds up when you try to open it so I've honestly never used mine.

It will only bring you woe. If I fill it full of quarters, and then drop the lid down, it will eject quarters. Terrible design. It should be recalled.

The air flows through the cab 10 times better with it open, less noise and it doesn't mess the hair up on the side of your head.

The car thief thing though, thats a scary thought.
Can't reach it? No offence, but do you have really short arms?

Haha I'm 6'2" so no. It's just awkward and I don't like doing it while driving. FWIW, when I had my reg cab I loved having the back glass open.

Ah well good point, I do non of the above. My rifles fit on my gun rack just fine :D

    ...drats.

More power to ya if you want that much better air flow. I'd rather have the full glass window, or the one that doesn't slide but has 3 panes.

Yeah I'm about to bend a wire and cut it to length to fit in the grooves where the window slides so someone can't open the window

I love the solid back glass on the truck, but I'll be honest I've never had it any other way. When I was doing my stereo/interior LED install I pulled out the rear jump seats an found broken bits of glass. I'm assuming the previous owner locked himself out and smashed the back glass to get in because there was no report of theft on the carfax when I bought it. So is the solid rear glass cheaper to replace than a sliding one?
