Man that thing is going up quick! Awesome man.

Any HOA in your community? If so, what does it include? Trying to do some comparisons to what they offer here, which is only a few parks, playgrounds and the gates for $750/year.

It's hilarious when people spend a couple hundred bucks on a body lift and then choose not to pay the extra $15 for the bumper relocation brackets.

Big tires, big lift, Lots of stuff's.
Yes an HOA it covers trash removal, the parks, the pool, amphitheater, and 18 hole frisbee golf course. They are also putting in a rec center. It's weird about the HOA it will cost me nothing really off the bat because 1 of 1/2 % of my purchase price is paid to the HOA by the builder. I will also have to pay that If I sell the house for the new owner. OST was telling me to look into what dues will be down the road but with the storms and work I haven't done much.

That was a good start. Manning may be able to beat the 9 touch downs in 1 game if he keeps this up.

Don't worry, I'm hoping to get back into another one in a couple years and it will go from stock to beast mode quite quickly.

I was down there last weekend while is was flooding all over the Denver area. The day we left (sunday) there was barely even a powdering on the summits around Silverton. Can't believe they already got enough to start riding for the season!

Got off class tonight and there was such incredible alpenglow on the freshly snow covered mountin. Tried to snag a pic of the mountain and my new bumper. Was like 5 minutes late for the best colors. And I only had my phone with me, that takes terrible pics. Still worth sharaing, and a little peak at my bumper. I'll try to get some more traditional pics tomorrow:

And another one I took a little afterwards:
