    You said $600 was a house payment size. Are you now changing your story? Even a $1000 is low still.

    Payment is also dependant on the loan amount and the interest rate on the loan.

    It is very dificult to compare renting to buying.

    FWIW, I rent out (yes I am a slumlord :D) my condo for a $1000. Its a 1000 sq ft, 2 brm, 2 ba with a tiny puget sound water view.

    shit im paying 400 for two rooms to myself..so about..550 sq feet..plust bath room and no utilities..haha

    was splinting 500 a month for a full trailer house + ulitiles in powell..haha

    street value of my townhouse to rent is about 975. 2 floors, 3 bed 2 1/2 bath dont know the sqft lol. But ya, i thought monte was crazy with his $600 number but I didnt feel like mentioning it haha

    base wage there is something around like 14 bucks an hour thought right? I know people make a ton more than we do to go along with the increased cost of living

    Locker is pretty much next on the list. On this trip i realized i was the only one having a hard time with all the advanced obstacles. I also found myself way more rough with the truck because of that. Smashing and bouncing my way up shit wasnt exactly enjoyable..

    So im going to start looking for an elocker or maybe ARB?
