OH OH OH Before I forget, it was last week I saw/heard a 2nd gen with a fucking diesel in it !!!! It was grey IIRC & had some sort of oval shaped graphic on the pass. door , it said "PRO" in large letters with another short word at bottom right , couldn't catch the whole thing...

 

seriously? CA plates?

 

And so ends an other night of cooking Tacos and burritos. Getting sick of Mexican food.

 

Was it that Diesel Pro/Pro Diesel whatever their name was white Taco?

 

If i was a cook being surrounded by food all the time would probably keep me from eating as much.

Does this sound like the right amount of oil for the diffs and T-case? i'd look at my manual but it's in the truck that's at the alignment shop.

Engine Oil: 4wd With filter 5.5 qts Without filter 5.2 qts Dry Fill 6.2 qts

Diffs:
Front: 1.22 qts
Rear w/o Diff Lock: 2.69 qts
Rear w/Diff Lock: 3.18 qts

For the transfer case, just fill until it starts spilling out. I'm guessing around 1.5 qts?

 

Eeeeh no it wasn't a white truck alex, i'm thinking it was a light gray, shoulda paid more attention but was mesmerized at the sound of a diesel under the 'taco hood.....was def. diesel & def. a 2nd gen tacoma & had a PRO-something-or-other logo this is for certain

Did I hear someone mention a 2 gen with a dasil....

may end up doing a changeover next year, a few companies I spoken with do a B-4D changeover with certs.

Now I'm starting to wonder if I need to pull my radio and get it tuned before it wears out or whatever happens to these when they get used a lot.

 

No insurance and that would cost well over $1K, no way!

Yes I know, my arm was inflated to the point it was about to pop, going down now, got xrays and cant see anything but I think the tip broke off about 4" in.

On antiboitics, pain meds, and anti inflammatories, but cant use my hand yet....
