My Taco a bit over loaded

    This was last yrs summer when I moved my daughter at college.

    It wasn't very heavy, but was very awkward to haul around.

    The haul was less than 10 miles on hills and curves all the way.

    The load was strapped securely and didn't shuffled during the haul.

    IMHO if you over load the truck by 25%, or take it to the limit all the time, you are going to prematurely age the leaf springs. But to each their own.

    I've never been worried about the composite bed. Right after I bought the truck I loaded it up with big chunks of concrete and the bed did fine.

    Hope the attachment works, I loaded up my 09 with about as much landscape rock as I dared, pulled it well but like others said it wandered a little on the road, would not want to pull much more.

    i went down to the florida keys in april and at one point had 10 guys in the back of my truck going to the beach....i didn't have that much "bottoming out". might want to get it looked at?
