Installing a lift in the next couple weeks and of course need the right wheels as well. The truck is a 2013 TRD SPORT 4x4. The lift is with ICON coilovers, so approximately 2.5 inches of lift.

Looking to install these wheels and just want to make sure they will fit and with the tire I choose it will fit as well.

If you could also suggest tires as well, why not.

    (17inch wheel)

I was also looking at the regular standard as well. But I dont know what width I would want/need.

Which one do you guys like best?

I like method standards. I plan on getting them someday. They will work. Why wouldn't they? Tires wise is if you want ATs, MTs, or street tires

I see. Well most aftermarket wheels will make the tire stick out a little. Some people like the look, some don't. Not sure how much they will stick out if they do.

Go with 16"s. Make your tires look a little bigger

I will say that I do like the more tire look like this and that I have 16s, but there are more of a variety of 17s. It's up to you which size you want though.

Yes, more wheel and tire options. Well 16 and 17 are probably the most popular. Either way you should be fine

Yes 17" is the standard race size. So alot of special tires only come in 17s.

also backspacing and offset info are required to know what wheel will fit along with the lug pattern. My KMCs hit the calipers with 4.75 BS 0 OS. and my methods contacted the caliper with -12mm OS and 4.5 BS. so take that for what its worth.

    X2.

I like the Standards better then the Doubles. If you go with 17"s you need the 17x9 | 6x5.5 | -12/4.5". Then tire size I would go with 285's which are about 32.6" tires so almost 33"s.

I really don't think those will clear your calipers, you have to be very cautious about the distance from where your wheel bolts to the hub vs. clearance over your calipers. Most wheel styles that are flat in the middle will not clear the calipers. Don't buy anything unless the shop will test fit the wheels on the front first.

I am running the 16" standards w/ 0 offset and 4.5 BS with 285/75/16 duratracs. Calipers are very close...I have had wheel weights hit them after balancing...have to make sure the guy balancing knows and makes sure they clear. 16" rubber is usually cheaper than 17" as well.

    For the double standard,

for 17inch and 6 lug they come with zero offset and 4.75 spacing.

    For the standard,

17inch comes in zero offset and 4.75 spacing (8.5 width of the wheel)
in -12 offest and 4.5 spacing.

Im leaning towards the 17inch but dont want it to rub or have issues with the calipers.

Like I said before I'd play it safe and go with the 8.5" wide wheel.

I forgot to mention clearance issues with your spindles both now and in the future should you ever upgrade your spindles or even add spindle gussets later on. Someone else mentioned 4.5 back spacing which is a great rule to follow. Take it from someone who bought a full set of wheels and tires when I had my OE spindles and then had to buy new wheels and tires during my lift install with aftermarket spindles. The shape of the spindles can be different and the clearance also changes as the suspension cycles and flexes. A good rule of thumb... Is that you should be able to fit your thumb between the tire and spindle.
