yeah that sounds like muscle knots/trigger points. most likely in your forearm.

try massaging these 2 spots, see if you find a "tender spot" if you find them just slowly massage them with short strokes with your thumb. keep pain level at about a 5, this should help a lot.

Those are the exact spots in my forearm. I've been massaging them for a Few days now. Feels amazing when I massage them. After a few minutes if I go to pick something up it hurts again. Then I forget about it for a little bit and go to push up and put pressure on my wrist and it makes me want to punt a kitten. And this is my "good arm". Not even the one I broke a couple years ago.

yeah trigger points occur when the muscle is tight all the time, so the waste product can't go out, massaging them will get the blood moving and relax the muscle. try not to use that arm for a couple of days if you can help it and it should ease up.

My goal is 3 plates (315), I was stuck at 250 for like a month and now I'm at 275-280. I can allllmost get 280 with no help, so at least progress is being made.

I just started a cut yesterday and I still take whey. I pretty much still eat 6-7 meals per day, but I just eat 100% clean. I'm even still taking my Serious Mass, to make sure I don't lose any muscle. My cuts aren't that drastic though, as I'm already @ 12-15% bf, trying to get down to about 8-9%. I'm also a 'hard-gainer,' so my caloric and macro needs are through the roof

So i am having some issues gaining mass in my arms. Seems like everything else is gaining just not my arms. What are some suggested workouts for mass?

biceps and triceps are my main focus. My shoulders are coming along and getting some good definition and mass but the bis and tris seems to be lagging behind.

Just noticed you drive a ford sorry I cant help you.... jk a few of my favorites are seated tricep extensions with a dumbell in each hand, the tricep pull downs with a rope so you can spread it at the end.
