I plan on installing everything, to give me something to do. (Satisfaction of doing it myself) (With your help, haha)
Plan on Total Completion by 2018
Estimated $20,000 dollar project...Worth it? Well of course!!!

Whenever you want once my BUILD is done haha. If you are looking to compare that is... I have millions of automobile projects in mind. I'm halfway working on restoring a '75 Ford Bronco with my father.

expect $10K minimum for an lt build. Not trying to discourage but just sayin haha its worth it.

Edit: didn't see the supercharger, might as well budget 13k

Edit: you budgeted 20k.. even better.

Well, this isn't gonna be an over-night-build haha. I'm currently a college kid who is seeking a job, so I can start with minor mods. My soonest mod will be me Seafoam-ing my engine, via brake booster line & gas tank. My first actual mod will be O2 simulator and catback exhaust system, by Halloween hopefully!

haha, I'm usually known to get real into a project for a few weeks then my ADD kicks in, then I move to a new project and completely forget to finish the first one. It's a disease really...:ballchain:

I got to thinking about another project I have yet to finish haha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXXEc53vg-s&feature=youtube_gdata

yep thats my truck haha thanks man. It really is a process to build one of these trucks and it is no fun/way too expensive to build it over night. If you break down the costs of stuff like you have in the original post and keep setting small goals for yourself it is very achievable. It is so rewarding to build it step by step like you mentioned because you see improvement so clearly every time you take it too the dirt. :D I am in college too, working at a bike shop and on the grind to get parts I need.

That's bad ass you work at a bike shop! :woot: Dirtbikes or like roadbikes?

I will probably do the suspension last mainly because I'm gonna spend the 6 grand to get the best suspension setup, if not, I won't be happy haha

Arts Cyclery, its a bicycle shop. We sell high end mountain and road bike. No walmart grade bikes. Take your time and don't cut corners on the build, the end result is worth it.
