Looks like a paperclip lol. Prolly was just tucked away and fell down. If someone had been trying to hot wire the whole harness would probably be pulled down.

    :D

The PO stripped a flare nut when replacing/servicing the clutch at some point in the past so I went ahead and replaced the whole hard line because I lost my flare too at some point

I think I might have the line tested to see how much it expands under normal operating pressures.

It feels WAY better now. Just need to do the slave at some point but all in all, very happy for the $25 it costed me.

    Thanks,

Yeah the wire looks insignificant and probably got knocked down out of place. I just recently moved and am a little bit paranoid after my little sister's Toyota pickup was stolen earlier this year... and it's still gone.

Re-did my bumper and blacked out the chrome and the rest of the grille. Also found some flat clear coat so I used that on the grille and the metal inserts in the bumpers. Turned out really good!

diggin the grill jacob. Thats one sweet looking tacoma, super clean look. The black grill really ties in with the wheels and head lights I think.

Thanks guys! I've been meaning to ditch the chrome for a while. Gonna go ahead and paint the emblem black too. I just landed the job I've been chasing so in a few months it's going to look a whole lot different!

I love them! I'll be on 2nd or 3rd shift soon so I'll get lots of use out of them. There's an ongoing group buy with TRS if you're interested.

Hey I'm looking to get a cheap spare for my 285/75/16s tomorrow. The guy at Discount Tire said the closest match was 32x11.50x15 (since my spare is a 15" rim). I'm just double checking that this is correct...

    285s are 32.8"
does that 0.8" difference matter that much? I figure it would be better than the 31" spare I've been hauling around the last week since I got new wheels/tires

depends on the brand of tire really, some 285s are larger or smaller then others

Got my CB finally fininshed up last night. SWR of 1.5, CB is 510xl, mounted in ash tray location. i had time to heat up the plastic on the air duct and mold room for the ant. wire. Now it's completly flush mount, and looks great.
