I found one of the kobalt slimline tool boxes on craigslist, like new for $100. Is it worth that?? I know they're $159 new. Should I hold out for a better deal, or stop being such a tight wad and buy that box?

    Bone stock. For now.
I'd say if you need it, and it's in good shape, go for it. You're saving $59 plus Uncle Sam's cut.

If its like new it would be a good deal. You can get the mounts at Lowes to fit it made by better built. Small but holds the essentials, military folding shovel, camp ax, tow straps, rain suit, machete, small tool bag, 2 rec hitches, all 3 drive belts for 5vzFE. Thats what i hav in mine with room to spare.

I have one...it still hit the air duct and wouldn't allow the CB to slide in all the way flush. It took about 5 secs. total, and a VERY steady hand with the torch...

"need" is a relative term. LOL. I don't wheel, but with having a regular cab, there's not really much space for extra storage for jumper cables, ratchet straps etc....

They mentioned that some mounting hardware is included, I'm not sure what kind it is exactly, I'm trying to figure that out...

Lolol in your camera mode select the three circles in the corner and hit the middle selection that shows "none" as in no filter.
