I can and I did consider that but I don't think that would be a good solution. The grease tip for the gun you're supposed to use is a needle that injects the grease into the cross of the u-joint. Replacing those fittings with normal fittings I don't think would force the grease into the cross and out all 4 legs like it should, it would instead flood the one side. The Moog Premium ones I ordered have a normal fitting and it's mounted in the center of the cross.

Yep, wish I knew before I ordered. I just saw 'super strength', got a boner and hit the order button

Figured I'd give someone here the opportunity to save some money and save me return shipping. Otherwise, when the new ones arrive, these are heading back in the same box.

I bought them through Rock Auto so I can't give a link because they use flash for their website. They were the MOOG Premium u-joints, part no. 354 for $9.64/ea (but remember to use their discount code).

For a 2011 4x4 Tacoma. Anybody have a serviceable one, or NIB that needs a home?

    Prob once taxes are done.

Will do. I knew you'd be getting a trail rig soon.

Make an offer. All pro IFS, Transmission, and transfer case skids. Only one that is used is the ifs and it was only used Saturday when you saw me.

    You move quick. Lol.

Let me know. It's in my basement. I think Cody said it has like 100 miles and a minor front end noise. Was replaced under warranty.

There's not going to be any shiny trucks left at this rate.

Is everyone moving to trail rigs? Did this last ri/ct trip have special Kool Aid? Does that mean I seriously need to free up some cash for the yard sales?
