    Hey guys. DvlRacer hooked me up with his dads number and i contacted him to take care of the inspections. Hopefully i can get everything scheduled soon. Until then i just want you guys to see some quick pics i took of the house.

    This is Long Lake Ltd. they build under the names Pride, Foxwood, and Postwood (i think there are two others but im not sure). The quality here is pretty abysmal so i would not recommend having them build you a home unless they are willing to go through and fix all of this.

    I did walk through some of the other homes and i did not see this problem. Therefore, im not sure how often they have this problem.

    Go to frys they have those screens pretty cheap. If not flea markets have them too..

    The wood with the brown stuff you called rotted, is actually tree bark. Nothing really wrong with what you had on video. Hell almost 99 percent of the homes now are built like that. If you want more structure. Then go there when all the workers leave, and start using screws to join all the wood together rather than nails.

    On that note!! Just wait till they put up the ply wood Lol I think they are onky required to put ply wood on the corners of the home and not throughout the walls. Nit to forget its cheap ply wood also. Oh the joys of buying a new home

    I know what tab! I posted that actually lol

    Wrong wrong wrong! There is a tab the the front diff mounts to on the cross members. You have to cut that tab off so the from diff will clear it when dropping it down the the droolp braket. Nothing to do with structure. If so then you can weld a plate to take olace of the tab. No big deal. Prerunners have the same tab but tall dont use it. That guy with the lift just needs the tab welded back on.
