    Well it's definitely the wire rubbing and I think it's the abs sensor. Could the rubbing of the wire cause the traction control to go off? I don't know what else could do it unless the traction control is designed for stock hight only and it goes off easier since its higher?

    Yeah, i went to the dealer up here in cookeville and they said they wouldnt do it because it had been lifted and that it would only reset the YAW calibration to stock specs. They said it wouldnt do anything. Right now i have my abs and traction control fuse pulled so i dont have either of those. Im just trying to get rid of traction control without abs.

    yeah i made it up, but phone stopped working, and could not get it to work to meet up with Wesley or a few other people i knew that went. also i did find out where we have parked for the 2 meets is under construction, so they are probably building some there. So wont be able to park in that grass next year, sucks because that grass lot was a good spot for everyone to park.

    I am wanting one... I just feel like the weight of a better shift knob would make a big difference. But they're only like $45 on eBay. If you don't want to sell I can just get one there. I can't remember if I asked you, but what was the reason you were contemplating getting rid of it? Just don't like it?

    Weston - that wire goes to your wheel speed sensor. If the sensor or the wire is bad you will have an ABS light and VSC (or V whatever light on in the left dash panel). The reason I know this is because mine is one because my plug is shattered. A new wire is $60-$70 from Toyota.

    Gid - did you finish the back or have you started on new shit?





    I was at Gids last week and he shamed me into buying Redline fluid for my truck. So hopefully this week/weekendish I will:
    -Replace both diff fluids and transaxle fluids.
    -Install block heater
    -Reseal my stupid headlight after they didn't seal from the retro
    -Extend rear breather
    -Steal Gideon's spare 33's and kings
    -Install Bruteforce front bumper
    -Stare at my sliders and try to magically will them onto my truck
    -Replace the o2's and the cat on my wifes car

    Thanks man, and really I've got nothing against it, it's been a good shift knob haha. It came already in my other tacoma and when I rolled it, I pulled it out and put it in my new one. I like it, I'm just thinking about going with a different style instead of the cue ball thing.

    Hahaha I have no fuckin clue what I meant. Lol I just pulled a Zach and made up some random shit that was completely senseless and utterly retarded. Sorry sir. Everyone has their bad moments. Haha
    Well I took Monday off from workin on stuff. Yesterday I finished up getting the headlights mounted to the fenders and the fenders fit to the truck. I took them to my buddy to paint today then I stated back on grinding the lower mounts off. Got the driver side one off and smoothed out then started on the pass side lower mount and broke the grinder :rolleyes:. Luckily Barry has like fuckin 5 of them so I'm gonna get one tom and continue on my way. Haha maybe ill have all the mounts off by Friday then it'll be time for some flexin, measurin, and shock mountin. Woohoo!!!!!

    And I got redline for the car and amsoil for the truck. Damn son. Pay attention!! Not like there was just mounds and mounds of boxes full of shit everywhere to confuse you or anything. Haha and I got the motor, transfer case, and trans changed out already. Waiting for my new ADD actuator to come in to fill the front diff up and waiting for the shocks to go on to replace the rear diff fluid. Then its on to the brake, clutch, and power steering fluid. Damn. That's a lot of shit!! Sad thing is all the fluids look like brand new cause I just changed them all when I did my gears like 5 months ago. It almost made me sad to drain them ............ almost.

    And remind me. I gotta fuckin do my rear breather too. I've put that off for WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY too long. Oh and p.s............... Stay outta my shit *****!!!! :D
