I do have black light housings I think might look ok if Tacoma was all blue? Mhmm... I hate decisions that are permanent lol

 

If you want a raptor grill you do not have a choice of depth...

They only come one way.

 

Ok that's fine. But id be able to get small Tacoma letters? Like with everyone having the small Toyota...

I think you would need to custom fabricate TACOMA in the smaller size as the popular white TOYOTA lettering.

 

Oh, I get it... Yes, Jerry has made them in smaller sizes in the same font.

This is what Jerry did. That's why I've got sized down letters for the 1st gen grills and for the 4Runner prototype. (But only in Toyota)

Are the letters painted or powder coated? Either way they do look good on the Raptor grill.

 

They are powder coated along with the mesh.

It adds to the back end costs for me but I think its worth it.

 

Any chance of having them powder coated a different color? Say graphite.

 

That would be pretty $$$ and also is out of my realm of offering. The only reason I am able to keep things manageable is by keeping the grill options limited to what I offer now.

The sheer number of ways to customize the grills is staggering even with the current options I offer.

But to speak specifically to your question - I do offer to ship the grills without the letters mounted in order to allow the purchaser to customize them and mount them.

 

THX Craig. I might consider that option. However the black lettering does look rather striking, and with a BSP Tacoma it would not look bad at all.

I'll be displaying the prototype 2012 Satoshi at the Show & Tell meet in Va. In late October.

I did get the letters on the SSM but was a bit late to get it shipped.
