    Evening all:
Hey Jim; tell them you need one!

:yay:New tires on today! All ready for winter.
Was just talking to a young guy who served 2 tours in Iraq. He made an interesting point. He said we should be heavily involved in Mexico fighting a war against the drug cartels, and stop all the illegals from coming into the US. He may have a point there. The drugs being brought across the border are probably doing more damage to this country than our "ENEMIES".
Maby there's a reason they haven't put a stop to what's going on at our southern border!
Just saw: 67M missing from the Obamacare slush fund. The IRS don't know if they lost it, or if it was stolen. And they are going to run the national healthcare system!

Good for him! Hope he enjoys many more yrs. on pension!!
    "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to your dad.

Sue: Here's one on the lighter side. Apparently, if you're in Alaska and get driving directions from one of the I phones, or something similar, it will take you onto runway B at one of the airports. They are working on a fix for that!

Wife hit a deer this morning, with our car, on the way back from the gym. Lucky it was a small deer.

Records from the Big Apple show that since the "stop and frisk" was stopped, the crime rate has gone up:rolleyes: maybe they should start giving away shotguns in NY:D..My one neighbor isvery anti gun and doesn;t know the difference between auto and semi-auto but he may be changing his tune soon...we had 3 home break ins in the neighborhood in amonthe time. 2 were between 4:30and 8:00pm. ballsy bastards!!!!

Hey Carl, don't worry about the 67M...they replace it with money from the "Social Security Slush Fund"

Hi Zach longtime since we heard from you. A BIG Congrats to your Pop:cheers: Hope your Mom doesn't have toooooo long of a Honey Do list for your Pop... he needs a hobby. Stop in more often and say HI:wave:

T read an article about 9 things that you don't need to buy anymore cause "Smart "phones" will do what they do! One of the items was the stand alone GPS:rolleyes: I guess smart phones aren't that smart:eek:

It gets better Cap, My biggest problem was boredom:rolleyes:. Theres only so much one can do on the computer, watch on TV and go for a walk! Especially when you start thinking of all that you need to do:eek:. Take your time and listen to your doc...

How's the wife Tom? Bet it shook her up. I haven't hit one, but came damn close a few times:eek:

this may make you feel younger or not so old. he will be 63, he was forced to retire at 62.
HI:wave: yeah been a while. and she keeps adding stuff all the time. he likes wood working and stuff, but we need to clean out the garage a little, and he probably would like more free time.

    Morning all:
Glad the wife is OK Tom.
I hit a buck with the 95 Tacoma, and did a lot more damage. Be glad it wasn't worse.

I am glad the damage was not as bad either. Wife had an adrenalin rush for sure. ;)

Drove by the collision scene on the way back from the gym and there were 2 deer on the side of the road. Must have been a mom and her fawns, although at this point they are getting bigger.

Been in and out of the Anchorage airport a couple of times. The Polar Bear in the lobby of the airport tells me why humans are a tasty snack for them.

One of the most powerful and stirring pieces in the National Veterans Art Museum’s permanent collection is the memorial to the more than 58,000 service men and women who died in the Vietnam War.

First open to the public on Memorial Day 2001, the work of art is an immense 10 x 40 foot sculpture entitled Above and Beyond and comprised of imprinted dog tags.
