    My wifes from Nicaragua so she might freeze to death in that house. She hates cold weather lol.

    This is the first house ive purchased in Tx and i really expected better quality. I guess i was wrong seeing as how using sub par lumber is apparently normal around here.

    That maybe the case, yes cheaper new homes are made of cheap quality. But if you go to home depot or anywhere that sells wood, you will see some with tree bark on them. Lets say 2x4, some of tge edges wont be wode enough for tge saw to cut or shave. So the bark is still left on.

    They make steel frame homes

    But not in texas!! Lol

    I actually know a few people that do frame work, a guy that does foundation, just need to out the two together and jump in these hoyse market
