Well, I finally got the toolbox I've been wanting for quite a while. It's the kobalt slimline box. Perfect for what I need. I also got the no-drill mounting hardware, I think they're called grip-rites. Either way, I got the box and hardware for $100 bucks, so I was pleased.

I quite like how i still have access to the hooks in the corner of my bed so I can still tie down cargo if need be. It's nice to have a little more storage than just what little space I had behind the bench seat in my regular cab.

Yea, you needed space and for half price of box, mts, taxes you would have been crazy to pass it up. I have the better built one that is identical and with just a little latch adjustment is really good so far. Im gonna make me a custom plate to replace the brand name plate and rivet it on there one of these days.

I think it really depends how much winching you're planning on doing. If you're using everyday or something then I'd probably fork out for a Warn. But I only have a winch to help out if need be. I have the XRC8 and it's worked out great so far and doesn't hurt the wallet.

Finished my satoshi grill and mounted with an andres emblem. It's not the best one ever made but I think it came out good:)
