BFG AT LT265/70/16 D rated tires

I know these tires exist because I was at the dealer today getting my oil changed for my complimentary service. They were on a 2013 Tacoma xps-x(or whatever that package is). My question is are these tires made only for Toyota like the Michelins that come on the 2014 Tundra or where the heck can I order these from?? I always thought this size BFG was an e rated tire but I'll be damned you can get it in a d rated too! These will be my next tires if I can ever find some. I don't want to have to go back and steal the ones off the truck at the dealership.lol(kidding ofcourse)

 

I have these tires on my 2013 Baja, and they're available on tire rack. Or probably anywhere that can order BFG.

I thought the xsp-s came with the rugged terrain tires ?

 

I don't know why I couldn't find them when I googled them earlier, thanks! I knew the size was an odd size but never new I could get a d rated tire in them.

 

This one had the bfg at's and that's the first I've ever seen that. You're right they're usually the rugged terrains. That's why I had to do a double take when I first saw the tires and bend down and get an up close look to make sure I was reading it right.lol

 

Sure you weren't looking at a Baja? That is the stock tire on the Baja, and it has similar graphics. Looks like the XSP-X has larger than 16" wheels, but I can't find the actual spec anywhere.

 

Most xsp-s i see come with the 18 inch wheels. I think the tires size is 255-55-18. Forgive me if im wrong but I'm pretty sure that is it.

 

You can get this size anywhere. Got a set from 4WP for my 2011, and another set from Toyota for my 2013. They'll run right around $250/ea.
