Hey Alex, I have always loved driving through snow. I love the summer to get a tan, so part of my mind misses that. But my truck mind thinks, bring on the SNOW! I expect my Baja to excel in snow with the BFG tires that are snow rated. I've already seen superior grip on curves at high speed on clean surface roads. There are some really cool asphalt places in Franklin to plow through virgin snow during snow storms. Bring on the storm!

I had BFG A/T for a couple years best tire I have run in the snow by far. Just awesome. The Xterrains I have now are pretty slippery not exactly a fan of them in wet weather.

Yeah, capetaco12, the BFG A/T (KO) tires are best in class compared to OEM. In the reviews, and in my experience so far. I wish I had known about these tires when I had my '08 Sport. When you go to TireRack or some other tire finder sites and input your truck info, those tires won't show up b/c they are not considered OEM for most Tacos.

What do you guys think about going to All Wheels on Sunday the13th?:)
It's a good little haul to get there but it's a great place to wheel, something for everyone and i figure a Sunday would work best for the poor bastards that get stuck working Saturday( myself included)

Lot of fun, just want to figure out when and if people are going so we can have a good crew!:D

When you go to those sites you are better off looking at the size of the tire that you want not the tire for your model car. That way it shows all the tires. Lisa have you gone over to the BS thread? http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/north-east/204874-new-england-b-s-thread-2100.html this is where most of locals hang out. BTW you must live somewhere near me. I live right down the street from Franklin.

It's a lot of fun Lisa! At the end of one of our runs we were prerunning (or at least trying to) a road that was all fresh, deep snow. John's truck started overheating from the strain, but god 4lo in snow is FUN

Yeah, thanks Rob. If I had found this forum 5 years ago I would have been much better informed about these things. And yes, thank you, I am online with the BS thread. Where are you in Franklin, my friend?
